By accessing the Bold Park Aquatic website, you agree to allow us to collect the following information about you:

In accordance with the West Australian Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024, we collect your personal information for a range of statutory and administrative purposes.  

Bold Park Aquatic collects this information for the purpose of providing visitors and members access to, and use of Bold Park Aquatic facilities and services through its membership and aquatics programs. 

Bold Park Aquatic uses third-party services PerfectGym Pty Ltd and Wordpay LLC to collect and store this information. The information provided for this service is not collected or managed by Bold Park Aquatic.  To find out more about how these third parties handle your personal information, please refer to PerfectGym and Wordpay’s privacy policies. 

Bold Park Aquatic Centre is owned and operated by the Town of Cambridge. If you have any questions about how your personal information collected by the Town is handled, or would like to request access to your personal information recorded at Bold Park Aquatic, you can contact the Town of Cambridge on 08 9347 6000 or mail@cambridge.wa.gov.au.

If you choose not to provide any required details, Bold Park Aquatic staff may be unable to process your request. In such cases the service will be refused.  

Using Your Information Responsibly 

If users provide their details to join a mailing list their personal information is used for the stated purpose of that list only. 

Unless required to by legal investigation, we will not use your email for any other purpose and will not disclose it without your consent.
